This warranty covers genuine defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. We will review your claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
This warranty does not cover:
Natural patina or changes in color that occur as brass and copper age.
Normal wear and tear or minor variations in finish, texture, and detail resulting from handcrafted production.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
Natural aging and handmade variations are part of the character of our materials and craftsmanship. They do not, by themselves, constitute defects.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase and photographs of the reported issue are required for a warranty claim.
